Is it possible to get a rust + alert when you sell an item from a shop?
@AustinKlailaGames11 ай бұрын
Yes. You could hook up the Filter Pass on a conveyor to a Smart Alarm. Anytime the conveyor refilled a purchased item, it would notify you.
@AustinKlailaGames11 ай бұрын
I might make a video about this actually. Thanks!
@johnboyire11 ай бұрын
Ah excellent I've only really started playing around with electricity and industrial parts. I will set that up, coupled with the storage monitor on tc to see what sold. I want to set up the base to do everything itself based on metal frag sales. Buying wood/ore for the smelters, the output goes into the shop. Eventually I would like to have a security system that exfers loot away from a destroyed door, say keeping two doors away at all times.

@z33thr3311 ай бұрын
Wire them in parallel instead of series. Place 18 conveyors(9 ea in and out), 4+ combiners, 4 splitters. Combine all in and out from conveyors. Splitters before conveyors on wood/ore in, combiners after conveyors on out. Get it? That way every mover can fill/empty every furnace. Trust me, give it a shot.

I mean other then the power savings I don't really understand the purpose of this system. Like the time and cost of this system is kinda pointless unless your running this on a modded 2x or more server. Not to mention if your the type to mess with auto crafting systems their are alot of cheaper and simpler setups.
@AustinKlailaGames10 ай бұрын
It's primarily designed for a decent size group who wants to change up the game a bit. It's certainly not going to be something most players build. The risk would be insanely high. Beyond that, I just like to see how far I can take RUST electrical / industrial.

Yeah.... stopping in the first 7 minutes of the video because you have to do something that your system doesn't do isn't really the best way to show that your system is awesome.
