Can confirm this still works after the patch. It is a little more difficult to place the wall that closes in the core at the beginning and establishes the stability values though.

what i would do, somehow integrate anklebiters to a triangle outside your main footprint. because people coming to your roof could use them as hiding spots from turrets.

The TC chamber can be fortified with a half-height triangle floor frame which would prevent the window frame from being easily soft-sided. A raider wouldn't even have to move to recharge their jackhammer.

note if your not up to t2garage door u can have 2 furnaces and still use the jump up OK, just place it as if you were placing 3 and run into the empty space

I have been using this base for the past 3 days and have sealed and unsealed the bunker many times. Logged in just now and after a server reset the core ceiling floor tiles are now at 47% and 19% and the bunker won't unseal. Didn't add any structures to the base at all. Then built the base on a build server to test it and the bunker still works fine......how is this possible?

His stability values before adding honeycomb are 22% and 5%, then after adding the walls (not floors) for the honeycomb his values change to 44% and 22%, mine remain 22% and 5%. How did his values change?

Noob builder here - absolutely love this base. Only thing is there is not that much storage, any suggestions for increasing storage space especially in the core? I tried just adding one more foundation but it messed up the stability for the bunker

After upgrading my base to sheet metal / armored, the stability on the seal is no longer 8% and goes to 40%. is there something im missing here? everything was working fine before upgrading

I've followed the steps perfectly and on the second floor I place, right after the 22% stable floor I place the next floor, which should be 5%, and it is 66%. Any tips?

With the same amount of materials you can simply do a 2 square + 3 triangle base with 5 garage doors which equals 15 rockets = 1 hqm wall. The upside would be that you don't need to close and open it for 7hqm every time. You can simply use garage doors.

except in the vid its hqm. if upgraded outside to metal as your wipe progresses, this is 23 rockets, for a solo base that's fairly secure. Especially for the cost. Even if it's not upgraded to metal, it's still 19 If you know to drill core.

I mean, I really don't find this that difficult to pull off, but if you're struggling a starter 1x1 is nice to have yeah, I dont recommend building this peak hours next to a high traffic monument. It's definitely buildable tho

I pulled it off duo live in 2 days it was an easier build. this base is for higher tier builders, bunkering will do that.

I have the same issue of getting grubbed while building. I think I'm going to use a heat map for the server, along with a regular map, to find a spot to build without to much action. Then add some little pods near monuments for those runs. I'm going to play with the build a bit though. A small refinery would be awesome.

It creates a very slight gap between the foundations. Not something you could see, but essentially it allows you to separate pieces of the build. In builds like this, it would cause stability to rely only on that back wall rather than the sides as well
