Dullahan is a mythological persona from irish folklore. It's a headless rider on a black horse or as a coachman who carries his own head. I think he might be recognized from Tim Burton's movie "Sleepy hollow", or maybe from other media (like Scooby-Doo).

Konosuba is basically a masochist tank, a one shot ex machina wizard, an air head healer, and a jack of all trades master of none theif, all messing each other's plans up and scraping by on Kazuma luck/sacrifice. More or less it's a sitcom wearing an isekai anime as a skin.

This is the best commedy Isekai you'll ever find. Even outside of Iskeai this is just mad funny. Also this hook is just so much fun, got me vibing from the first second. The Amv is crazy too! Ohh and btw, Dullahan is a legendary creature that has it's origin in irish mythologie. It is said to be holding it's head in his arms while riding on horseback at night. It's being used in many shows and anime, as it's a pretty popular creature.
