I love how the rustage "put everyone in nerdcore in their place" song is a yearly occurrence now. Because he is kind of away from all the drama and features of other nerdcore artists, I love that he effectively just show's up from out of nowhere, proves why he's at the top, and then just goes back to playing DnD and making random ass songs about Dr Doofenshmirtz because he can. If I were to equate this to like One Piece terms, while DPS and Fabvl are like the Whitebeards of the nerdcore communy - pillars of the community who are him, Rustage is like the Shanks of the community - shows up randomly to keep everyone in order and then goes and does his own thing

rustage is truly a goat, i posted my spotify wrapped of him as my top artist i had over 40k mins just listening to him and he followed me back on twitter and he gave me advice on how to find my footing in making music, and his main message was dont do it for views or money but rather to evolve yourself and it really shoes in his music he continues to grow

Love your reactions Dave, Maybe I heard the dps bar a bit different I took it more so as I didn't need dps to break through to the nerdcore audience kind of taking shots at those that are relying on a feature to be known instead of dropping stuff on their own merits. Ether way songs a banger and I do wish we get more edm like beat / songs in the future.
