@@joezar33 kami is more of term for like a God or deity In Buddhism Buddha would probably have been a kami.... they aren't always people but they can be but even when they are, they are generally viewed as more than people It's actually pretty cool, I'd check the wiki for a better understanding than I can give you in a minute but alot of lore behind some of them get pretty cool If you have time I'd check it out Just Google "what is a kami" but make sure Google doesn't sub kamikaze as that is definitely not the same thing 😅🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
