Do you mean impulse jewel, I can’t say I’ve ever heard of it called an impact jewel before. I’ve always had great success using a dry soldering iron on stubborn setting lever screws a little heat can go along way on corrosion on ferrous to non ferrous threads. Nice watch and service.
