The ESFJ 8 was WILD, that was so crazy. about SP8 women i used to believe that it doesn't make sense but I have a friend that I typed as SP8 and when we got deeper she really is an SLE SP8, everything about SP8 makes sense to her and she fits SLE very well. Exactly, if all it took was just to accept your vulnerability that you conciously struggle with, it would be much more easier, but the process is done subconciously, reality is those people are confused as fuck. I might explore some E5 sigma male larpers next lol

The only vulnerability that I think I understand and that's prolly cause SEE SO874 is to be more compassionate towards people around me (which is already difficult to understand as denial is exactly what it is), these people vents thinking somebody would come save them or say "congratulations bud you made it !", they will not, I don't think anyone would give a fuck about their lives, and neither will an 8 seek approval through venting neither, even a strong image-fixed 8 (82x 83x 84x) will notbe attention-seeking over vents that's idiot atp Nice, can't wait to see an E5 saying "I'm integrating to an 8 to the point I became one now and I want to get back to E5 cause being aggressive ain't enough to protect me"

Hi, i found your channel a few days ago. i recently thought that typology stuff is a bullshit, thanks to the contradictions of online communites like reddit, quora. i decided to give one more chance to it thanks to your work. Do you think a LIE can have difficulties with getting into action (passive like an e9), and not like that stereotypical turbulent entrepreneur in their youngs? but still very image conscious type? I think that iam an ENTj so/sp 3 and FLVE in Psychosophy.

Assuming your typology is correct (true to who you are) then that would be archetypal combination. Now, can an LIE struggle with those things you mentioned? 100%, Se mob is not their super strenght especially when young, imagine a geek who doesn't excel in acting in the moment always but develops better abilities with age.

I swear, we really should try to make Socionics the mainstream now and not MBTI since there's been more and more people being interested in typology these days(or is it just me). INTJ/ENTJ/ENTP 8 are common, but ESFJ 8 was SO UNEXPECTED that I literally had to PAUSE the video and give myself a few minutes to let myself laugh so FUCKING hysterically. Also, don't get me started at posts where the OP claims to be some 8 core but can easily describe their emotionality in depth; I myself come across these posts from time to time whenever I'm on a website associated with typology, and it's usually a dead giveaway that's someone's cosplaying as an 8 core in a poor manner. Thanks Rust for checking the board out for us so we don't have to!

This is the video we needed but didn't deserve. Anyway, I agree with all of this except for one thing: your take on the Socrates & Marx E8 thing. Firstly, Naranjo makes it very clear that Plato (as an sx6) made Socrates look much more intellectual than he really was and so if you read Plato's dialogues, you'd only see sx6. As for Marx, I see no contradiction. So8 makes perfect sense for him.

Marx is debatable depending on the source and how they describe him but socrates was E7

@Just_Rusted Naranjo says in the same lecture that e7s (like e2s) are rebellious, but cover it with a mask of innocence, whereas E8s don't care. Socrates, when put to trial, didn't deny the charges that he was teaching something different from what they believed. He went head on and refuted them. An e7 would never do this. An e7 would prefer to just slick out of it. And then, in jail, when offered to escape, he said he'd stay and face it. This is precisely what SO8s do when they try to destroy a system. They destroy the system by following the rules to show how broken the rules are. Another major difference: Xenophon says about Socrates that Socrates had an immense threshold for pain and had, according to Naranjo, the animalistic instincts of an 8 (since he was also a soldier before his philosopher days and bloody good at it.) This is never the case with an e7. If you're still not convinced, I'll go through the trait structures of e7 and E8 and show you how Socrates is E8.

@@Just_Rusted When you read Plato's dialogues, ofc he's not an 8. He's an sx6. But just read Apology, which the most accurate dialogue (all others were made by Plato and then put into Socrates' style of talking), and you'll see his Se base. He's being very dominating and upfront with his prosecutors and roasting them, but at the exact same time, charming the crowd around him. His sociotype is a bit complex tho.
