Collecting jars takes time, I too re-use jars and once in awhile I will thrift old fashioned type jars. I always loved storing bulk food items etc. in glass jars seems to keep what inside fresher longer and no mice/rats can chew through glass jars or crocks.

Thrifting jars is always nice.😊 I love that the jars keep rodents out too. God bless and thank you for watching.

I get a sense of satisfaction when storing my dry goods in glass jars 🥰

You have inspired me to also save glass jars and I now reuse them for so many things including freezing my chili and tomato sauce. The jars take up less room and I feel good about reusable jars to save money.

Chive flowers are edible and delicious; my favorite part. Great in salads and for toppings. I would put them in Mason jars and freeze them whole, when I had more that I could use. Sadly, my chive plant pretty much died off during winter. It was several years old and only a small portion of the plant grew back Look forward to your videos...Blessings, Cindy

Love how you did your cast iron and copper, they look so nice together. Love your gardens❤. My garlic is already almost 2 feet tall and doesn’t get harvested until the end of July. I’m guessing the mild winter caused this. I just planted my kitchen herb garden and my perennials are huge this year but so are the weeds😂. I love your videos. Happy Mother’s Day ❤

I hope you get a good harvest. I usually harvest mine in August but they're looking like they may be ready sooner this year. Thank you! God bless

Love the butterflies in the intro! 😍Wow, you have very mature chives! My chives are babies compare to yours but the flowers though... I love them either way! Like you, I love glass jars and I have collected many through the years as I experimented the sustainable, minimalistic and frugalistic life style. It's such a fun collection! Your video reminded me that I need to reorganize my cabinet/pantry area. Not sure if I want to film the process... we will see! 🥰

I really like that cabinet! I use glass jars of all types😊 love the cast iron and Cooper together ❤. Silly question do you have to dry the mint before using it for tea?
@cottagetime33365 ай бұрын
Thank you! You can use mint fresh for tea. I usually put 2-3 fresh leaves for mine and add a little honey. If you like strong mint flavor add more leaves. And not silly at all.😊 Have a blessed week.
