Another suggestion for weighted bag: I often use those fine net circles - or rolls of fine netting - you find in bridal section of craft stores. Draw up circle with needle & thread, filling with rice, beads, etc

I made 2 of your snowmen and two of the gnomes for Christmas gifts.I had trouble with the gnomes hat pattern the way you decreased, so the next hat I made from the top down, then added the ribbing. Worked for me and looked the same. Now I have to make at least 1 tree. I also used two strands of Red Heart instead of three and a K hook and my dimensions matched yours nearly equally. People tell me that I can pull two strands from 1 ball, but I just spent 5 minutes on my ball winder and avoided a tangled mess!😂 I love what you do, and like that you explain things so well. Thank you!

I live them! Can I still use Styrofoam, would it work for this size?
@mjsoffthehook3 күн бұрын
I have not tried it so you would need to experiment with the height of the tree to match the cones.
