Hey! Thanks! You need a pot with a lid to trap in the steam - that's what will give you the nice bakery style crust.

I made this yesterday and it came out amazing! it was seedless but it was gone in no time! lol...had it with some home made chili! awesome!

@FullCanvasMedia Yeah, I tried using 100% whole wheat one, but found the dough was too dense for my taste. But it does work!

I make olive bread by simply pouring the goop onto my oven pan, no need for messing about with all that folding and expensive dutch ovens.
