Louise, you always find the best things! I loved the two tall candle stick holders and you can use that handheld basket for so many things. That message box your MIL gave you is ah-mazing! It's like a giant shadow box and it's already looking so great with the pictures and heirlooms from your family

I loved hearing you talk about your town it sounds amazing! We live in the countryside also! That wooden box is really nice! That detail on that candle holder is really pretty! Ooo flowers in that glass bottle now that sounds such a great idea and I bet it will look lovely with some flowers! That basket is so cute! You picked up some beautiful items! Love your finds. The box is great. My husband and I watch a lot of British shows and I just love the small towns and countryside in the U.K. So beautiful. The town near you sounds lovely. I am in Canada. My father's side were Irish. I live in Ontario, but my parents are from Newfoundland. Newfoundland seems similar in landscape to Ireland.

I love that industrial jar thing and I know you'll do something awesome with it- I wouldn't have thought of the pillar candle but I think that would be really pretty, nice wooden box, I pick up candle holders too, is that mother of pearl on the brass one? love it! Mother in law found a great memory board!! I just love the idea of you ancestors looking on and being apart of your family and your boys growing up and hearing their stories. I've so enjoyed another sweet heartwarming visit with you and I'm so glad you got to enjoy some sunshine and blue skies- it's supposed to be cloudy here for the next week so I sat in the sun in my car yesterday to get my fill! Big Like! My whole house used to be one big memory! When Hubs and I got together, I gently renewed my decor...and it’s an eclectic decor now. I took a decluttering path, and gave away so much! That lantern is lovely! The box has character, tbs! Strainer is sweet. Love how you use all modalities in your decorating! Books are for always! Fabulous idea...showcase family! You can use those boxes or crates for ANYTHING, they really are a great piece to have. Is your dining room table antique? Or did you buy it? The memory board is amazing!
