Neu-Castle 2650 KV - Intended for 4S (16.8 Volt) operation. Ideal for 1/8th buggy conversions. The 2650 is 68mm long. Neu-Castle 2200 KV - Intended for up to 6S (25.2 Volt) operation. Incredible in monster trucks with up to 6S lipo packs (4s lipo is the sweet spot), and works great in 1/8 Truggies as well. The 2200 is 75mm long making it capable of handling more power than the 2650. This one is the bad boy!

I might be extremely experienced in RC cars of ANY kind, but thanks for the help. i am getting a Rustler, a heavy duty C-CVD kit, the same exact on-road tires and wheels you have, and mamba monster and 5700 kv motor. but now I know, I don't need such a powerful motor!

@soldfirestar There's not a esc holder, it just holds in place with either 3m double sided tape or servo tape, u can put where ever u please!! That's the beauty of this hobby!!!

@alex52184 Try to switch your wires that go in your speed controller around,,, And for your pinion make sure the small little Grub screw is on the flat part of the motor!!

Killer, the stock servos are pretty cheap and do not center well as you are experiencing. They work fine for general bashing, but come up short when sensitivity is key. I would suggest looking at a jr z590M servo. They are pretty fast, strong, and in my experience center very well. Another thing to check would be the slop in either your steering rack (bushings wear down and bearings often blow out) as well as looking at your pivot balls inside of your turnbuckle ends. Those also get sloppy.

@scorio51 Once again, the shocks are not Titanium. They are aluminum. The shock shaft is not even titanium, it's a titanium-nitride coating. And they do not ride softer just because of the shocks. If they ride softer it's because of the springs being softer, the fluid being thinner, or the pistons inside the shocks having more holes. And they are plenty easy to bend, ESPECIALLY with RPM, because the RPM arms give so much they may be able to twist in a hard crash but your shock shafts cant.

Hey Ace, great video! I have a Rustler VXL with the stock Velenion system, Jaco foam tires front and rear, and a few RPM upgrades. I have a problem though; the steering is VERY inaccurate. I also have to make constant changes to the steering trim to try to keep it straight, and even then it doesn't go quite straight and when I turn it doesn't go back to center very well. Any ideas on the problem? :(

I am hoping that you will have some input on the gyro. Finding the Esky 0704 that you use has not been easy. Do you have a source for them or a recommendation on a gyro that I can find somewhere for sale. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have a question; how do you get "77-80mph" from your 3S setup using a 2200kv motor? Without adjusting voltage to compensate for voltage sag or other issues I get 11.1V x 2200kv = 24420 rpm. Even the most generous estimate with your setup I get 65-70mph...what am I missing?

The 2650 can handle 6s it is just not recomended. I even think the 2650 can do 8s, i have run the 2200 kv on 8s with the mmm. I know it isnt recomended but it is ok anyways.

YES! Its been done obviously. THe integy Gearbox is one of the only decent parts they make, and whats okay with the RC community.. Its a big piece of alum, hard to mess up. And yes, all he is saying is true. Or else he wouldnt be successful, or be able to do this, or be copied of course.

I know it sounds weird but it is. 2 my m1 pinion keep coming out. i do tight it good but it just comes out. i have not run the car on the street yet, i only test it on my stand. soo if some one can help it will be great. thank you.
