By providing habitat and a food source to a stressed, hungry migrating bird is the same concept DU, Delta Water Fowl and all these other “conservation efforts” are trying to accomplish across North America. Just because you don’t like someone holding ducks doesn’t mean it’s not beneficial to the duck population. Come on Bob, you’re smarter than that, Hoss

OH by the way go to any of our refuges , and you will see millions of ducks and geese , that you and all these guides say we do not have !!!!!! we have plenty of waterfowl . AND A MATTER OF FACT THE FOWL DISEASE IS BECAUSE OF TO MANY , AND THAT IS THE WAY MOTHER NATURE SOLVE TTHIS PROBLEM !!!!!@@kzoneTVAR
