This was my favorite vise restoration so far. The bluing turned out amazing and it looked awesome with that red and white.

I have been watching your works for so many years and I never cease to be surprised at the accuracy, skill and pressure when solving the most impossible tasks. You are a master with platinum hands and computer precise thinking. I bow to you with great respect.

@@mymechanics ....sometimes you heat the metal, and quench in oil for bluing; other times you use the bluing solution......any reason for that other than just showing us different techniques?

Beautiful work as always sir. I absolutely LOVE watching you restore these old abused and forgotten pieces of equipment. You turn them into functional art pieces. Keep up the fantastic work. My only complaint is, I've watched all your videos multiple times and I just. want. more. 😆 It's like Christmas when I see a notification you've uploaded. Take care, stay healthy. I've seen you restore 3 vises so far. As an engineer, I cannot express to you how happy I am that they turned out red, green and blue at the end. That is some fantastic, color theory, scientific orgasm right there. On top of all 3 being immaculate restorations. Cheers mate.
