i think it caused by different rhythm parts during the solo, first time it plays E G#m A Am, second time E G#m A B or what exactly are you talking about? Notes are the same in both parts, second time you just need to do a slide in the beginning

its just complicated listen at the solo in the studio version and the second time they play the riff it sound something diferent at the chord 3 at traste (i dont know how is it called at english) 12 it sounds like a 2 notes together that makes a diferent sound
