It's a different wheel, if rust is removed it would leave exposed metal, the new wheel it coated in paint in the places where there would be exposed metal.

Не сделает) Средство iron off с индикатором загрязнение , единственная притензия к видео , это большая трата химии Более разумно было бы залить эмульсией первой фазой и потом уже после незначительные загрязнения убирать) Попробуй почисть свои диски Iron (айрон) Производители Deteil или shine systems , даже на самобуслужке возьми , поаробуй так сделать , эффект удивит)
