I started True Botanicals about 3 weeks ago I started with the Shampoos and conditioners and I was so happy with them. My hair has such a beautiful shine I've never had before but my hairs not weighted down. I just now invested into getting their face creams and serums. I had researched all those weird chemicals in regular soaps and shampoo's etc is one of the very reasons women get breast cancer and lung cancers and just a ton of other things.

Yep thats why I switched to this brand and havent been using anything else! Its crazy how much crap companies put into all skin care, body care and makeup!

I started using true botanicals a year ago! Although pricey I’ve found it to be absolutely Worth it. My skin is the most consistently clear than its ever been. I started out with the 3 you mention above and worked my way to try more products. I’ve tried every product Now and Truly love them all. My favorite is mixing the serum and vitamin booster. Helped tremendously with my hyperpigmentation and melasma that I’ve struggled with so bad. Also! (maybe you already know) but right now true botanicals is running an offer where if u buy a shampoo u get one free. *i bought a shampoo and got conditioner free (full size too). Anyway! Happy Holidays and All the Best

I started TB in the summer of 2015 and I am 55. It is the best skincare esp if you are into more natural products but products that work. I never worry about my skin or flakiness around the nose (my problem since my teens) I do use another skincare line at night which for me works great, its actually much less expensive than TB but as I said it works for me to use two lines . I also am a lazy skin care person even though modeling was my first career. I look in my mid-late 30's due to long term good healthy products. I have always stayed away from toxins. I just received TB's Chebula serum and will use it today. I have a mudd mask on right now after the TB resurfacing mask. I'll them finish off with the new serum, and oil. My only complaint is that I love the TB's eye oil but it burns later in the day sometimes. I don't use it everyday even though I think it is the #1 essential product if you are over the age of 35. I have always loved their packaging and bottling. Simple and beautiful. I reuse the bottles, spray bottles, jars and droppers for my home essential rubbing oils, body moisturizers, lip scrubs and aloe sprays. Their bottles are high quality, you couldn't buy better bottles on the market and I have in the past. So, if you do try this product recycle the bottles or give them to a friend who may be into natural skin/body care.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share with me!! I love the idea of reusing the bottles for other uses! That’s genius!! I always recycled them but this is a much better use! I greatly appreciate it!!

Hi I don't understand the difference between the chebula and any other oil they have. It seems to have the same benefits. Can you explain?
@RutaBauzaite3 жыл бұрын
@@stephaddiction Hi Stephanie, well chebula is a serum but really its a difference of ingredients and how far into your skin it goes. Chebula also protects you from outside aggressors.

Hi, thanks, your comment is helpful. Do you mind sharing what is the other line you use at night? I also use 2 different product lines currently and want to begin incorporating TB into my routine

Haha I just found this review because I'm looking into their renew nutrient mist! I think the answer is...yes honestly, $90 for vitamin C powder is crazy! It does have added ferulic acid which is synergistic but you can get pure vitamin C powder from Amazon (or anywhere else) for like $10, which will work pretty much 90% as well for creating a fresh vitamin C serum (which is superior to any pre-formulated vitamin C serum because its highly unstable and starts oxidizing immediately when dissolved in water). As for the clinical studies...1. everyone who's into skincare know La Mer is crap so that's not a high bar for comparison 2. internal studies run by companies are rife with bias and questionable methodology. For me, I see quality in the formulation of their ingredients which is why I'm still interested to try it, but without a doubt it is "luxury" high pricing.

First of all I love a good comment and this was it so thank you lol Ive been using them for years and my skin looks great so the products do work. I think more of the price comes from ethically sourced sustainable ingredients. Just comparing it to say organic small batch clothes made by local communities who are paid fair wages...that dress will be way more expensive than anything you can get at Shein or Amazon.

Hi lovely :) I've just ordered the True Botanicals Pure Radiance oil, to use during my daytime routine, but I forgot I use Tretinoin 0.05 every evening from Dermatica (Similar to Curology for UK customers) , and wondered if this may be too strong a combo to mix? Have you heard anything that would indicate a too potent routine? Thanks in advance :) My cleanser and moisturiser are part of my treatment from Dermatica.
@RutaBauzaite3 жыл бұрын
I don’t think the oil would interfere or make anything too potent. I think you should be good to use that with that you’re already using!

Creme de la mer is crap...EVERYONE knows that it's Nivea with some seaweed added to it. This should have been tested against some real contenders. Not sure this was a good comparison 🤔
@RutaBauzaite3 жыл бұрын
I just went off of what they compared themselves to lol what do you think a good contender would be?
@wonderbunnie65042 жыл бұрын
@Rutele Venn skincare has a TERRIFIC face oil, sulwhasoo, kohonjin, donginbi (is a great affordable option), sisley has some great face masks, heck even egyptian magic outperforms 😃. I'm not exactly sure how creme de la mer was able to get so far especially at the price point but any company that compares its products against creme de la mer is comparing an NBA player to a high school baller. No competition! 😉

You say Korean skin care is better. They make a lot of lines; to which one are you referring? This is not a responsible remark: you need to back up what you say if you are going to post a recommendation.
@Rachelderuijter10 ай бұрын
Most of their products are definitely not as 'clean' as this line. When you are pregnant you can not use most skincare products as all the chemical stuff inside. Cheap / good, I don't know. I think organic plant based ingredients are much better than putting chemical stuff on your face.
