do they give good financial aid i’m kinda worried cuz tuition is super expensive for out of state

Hii I’m not too sure about out of state financial aid but Rutgers can be a little stingy when it comes to financial aid in general. My best advice would be to be persistent and constantly contact the FA office and also apply to some programs within Rutgers who offer scholarships to students :)

Nope! Rutgers has buses for all students that can take you around campus.
