The Graham parents really seem to have been absentee parents. And the children were failed by them.

Ruth has told her truth very well. For me I clearly see she's not about putting her dad down but revealing how she felt abandoned. As a parent I've learned that I need to make time for my children individually, in the midst of what I do to make their lives physically ok.

So good. I just love her honesty. We all have to walk our own path, it makes no difference on who your parents are, it doesn't make us perfect. We are only made righteous through the blood of Jesus.

Bottom line is that Rev. Billy Graham DID NOT CALL HIMSELF! God called him, found a very willing and available vessel and used him. Rev. Graham would not have willingly left his family without strict obedience to the Lord. He certainly was not egotistic, trying to establish a name for himself. He did not abandon his family, they were well provided for especially spiritually. His wife was his lifetime partner and she maintained the homefront.

He may not have seemingly abandoned his family but doesnt mean a child hasnt felt abandoned!

@@yvonnerahui8729 true. She's telling her truth and not to put her father down. Ministers may wanna learn something and make time for their children /families.

I am confused with the message she sent to her ex husband. When a person died the Bible said that person is sleeping and if someone is sleeping they don't know anything. We have to wait for Jesus 2nd coming to resurrect and be alive again. May God give you wisdom to study the state of the deaths

Yeah she actually says it's not theological. Probably it was just to make her feel better

I always think the same. I’m like they didn’t go to Heaven yet, they’re sleeping, they know nothing. It’s only when Jesus returns we go

She gave a disclaimer that it is not theological.

Sheezh...I'm sure you're a lot of fun to be around. I see the glory of God in Ruth's story. The Grahams were godly, there were struggles, the Lord showed Himself faithful and the enemy lost again!!!
