Nice interview.. Small input: if one has no host, they can self sponsor.. Meaning you need to have enough funds in your account(s)/assets/or/and other sources of income. Post Jan 2010, HIV is no longer on the list of diseases they check.

Results come out in May. After that info will be in videos since its complicated. The difficult part is winning. Once you win the rest is easy.
