Rwanda has not only one monument but several. I visited at least four of them and I can tell you this cannot be same in Kenya because even when you visit Kiambaa Church Massacre cite, you may not get an entry there or worse still, nobody wants to talk about the Kiambaa Massacre, from the local people to the political leadership, including the women, youth and elders in that place. Not even the clergy want you to talk about that incident. I have done my studies there and it was just impossible to conduct interviews for mass atrocities questions there!

All this must coexist with a credible public debt reduction plan. Third, trial procedures must be overhauled to increase efficiency and speed. This is a key reform in a country that has by far the longest trial duration in the World. The parliament has authorised the government to act by decree, and Uhuru has failed to safeguard the Constitution and fell short of leadership and integrity. New regulations must now be introduced linking retirement to life expectancy, with penalties for early retirement to ensure financial sustainability.
