he played 43 and bagged 16. To be fair not all of those were starts. but by this ratio he would have to play 59 games to get 22. If we just talk league his ratio is 1 goal in 3 games. which equated to 12.6 per season. the most fair way to analyse would be minutes per goal which last season was about 225. This equates to 15 epl goals per season if he played 90 minutes in every single game. Which could extrapolate to over 20 goals in all competitions if he played 50 games in the season This is fair as it its goals per minute played so injuries etc have no relevence. I think its a fair comment to say he has not proven he is a 20 goal per season player if even in his best season he would have needed to play the entirity of 50 games to achieve 20 goals, which very few players do. But I don't think it's fair to say never, as the striker's performance is so dependant on the overall form of the team, plus he is young.

I just want to see one match where we play a proper 9 and a proper 10 up front, Højlund and Zirkzee and see how they play together. Soemtimes I think we should get Gyökeres, then I think he was at Coventry when he was Zirkzee' age and slightly older already than Rasmus age and no big clubs wanted him, then look at him now. We need to keep and develop our younger guys and not just give up if they aren't brilliant straight away and move on to the next shiny thing. We could have our own Gyökeres already at the club. A blend of players in the prime and developing players is needed.
