Very cool, seeing the manga is a masterpiece! I used to watch the anime series on Saturday morning until I discovered how bad 4Kids edit this. It's better if Konami Cross Media would release the original Japanese version with subtitles but much like The Pokemon Company international they barely did. I know it's fun but let's hope they can do this.

Seeing these take me way back. I only watched the original version of the show, and I would watch episodes every Saturday morning with my brother. I don't remember everything that occurred, but the Battle City arc was my favorite period of the show. The music that played when the Egyptian Gods were summoned was epic. If the original series ever gets released on Blu-ray, I would consider picking it up. It must be fun going back to watch those classic episodes.

Nice pick up I've already read the mangaand it's a lot different from the cartoon their names are completely different everything about it is very different even Yami Yugi is more darker then he is in the cartoon series and it's pretty cool cuz you got to learn about Joey's dadin about a couple other things you don't get to see in the cartoon so it's kind of different in a way I don't if you read them before but I have and they're completely different from the cartoon they got all the books in my local library

@@Ruxin34 let me know what you think of it I'm currently going to start reading number 4 of the books the last one I read was the third one and it's pretty crazy how how shaddi the guardian of the millennium items whatever-his-name-is or however you spell it it's pretty weird how he tries to make Yami Yugi takeover Yugi's body it's very different from the cartoon he pretty much puts Teia on a cliff of a building to almost jump off to see if the Pharaoh will take over cuz he wanted to talk to the Pharaoh instead of plain old Yugi

No idea how much you paid. I'll go with 60 dollars. My favorite character from the anime was mr Seto "I'm gonna fall off the edge" Kaiba. Also liked some secondary ones, like Ishizu and Rafael. And I think i'm part of the 5% (?) that likes GX more than the original.

Awesome, I like those characters as well. I have met a lot of people who like GX more, but I personally don't love it. I love a lot of the cards from that series though!

My favorite characters are Yugi/Yami and Bakura/Yami Bakura my favorite monster is the Blue-Eyes White dragon I love collecting blue eyes especially the starter decks in the old school or original artworkit's funny because I love the Blue-Eyes White dragon like crazy but I'm not really that huge of a kind of a fan if that makes sense I was always more of a yugi fanI've always loved the dark magician but I could honestly say I like dark magician girl more than the dark magician but yeah Blue-Eyes White dragon is my favorite monster of them all don't get me wrong I like kayaba but he is by far not my favorite character but like I said I love his monster and that's my favorite monster of them all

I personally just watch Yu-Gi-Oh on Netflix or Hulu but having those movies is a good find for a collector,yugioh GX is one of my favorites not my favorite favorite but I liked it better than all the other ones so I'll give a thumbs-up to yugioh GX and I'll give two thumbs up to the original the only monster I ever collected from GX was winged kuribohjust so I can go with my kuriboh collection since I have the original kuriboh mrd I have the card the x card to go with it but anyways the only monster I did collect from that series was the winged kuribohI kind of wanted to get the starter decks but then I was like nah I'm not going to waste money on some starter decks that don't really mean that much to me starter deck kaiba has sentimental value to it just takes me back to my childhood a lot of positive times in my life which is why I love that monster so much kaiba I don't mind but I don't really like but like I said in my previous I love his monster
