Unironically the part I liked most was the car part in the beginning. Something about the seeing even just small part of a journey to a Con makes me smile. I've personally had almost as much fun driving to and from a Con as I've had at them. So many fun and interesting places you can find that way.

There is always something magical about the journey of a con. + the people you meet on the way are, at least for me, often the people I will stay and hangout with for the rest of the day. (In the sense of we'll share a gathering point and leave our stuff with each other etc. I'm never afraid of someone stealing my stuff cause the only thing in there is like water and food)
