Hi i tried your cendol jelly, its absolutely delicious. But i have an issue, it releases water. I believe its the brown sugar liquid. Any advise on how to overcome this issue.

Hi thanks for trying !!! Yes agar-agar releases water. All the ingredients are plants based so it will release water. One way is to increase powder to liquid ratio but it will change the jelly texture. Or you can add gelatin powder.
