On tailplane inboard rear rib , if I were you I would put one more diagonally . Loads on the onboard section is more than on the outboard rib . Diagonal rib would act as a triad member and can take hips of a load

This is way cool and i like it a lot well done...Just wondering if it is possible to draw it as a parts break down Like a parts manual for all the attachment parts an IPB in military terms. this would help tremendously with maintenance down the track where a bolt or nut needs replacing the part number is included on or close to the page for the part. It saves you trolling through the plans looking for the bit that needs replacing. All the general aviation manufacturers do it and you are very close to it with your drawings here. Just a thought as there is nothing like this from Vans. Keep up the good work

One question though , can you flatten those surface on the bulkhead top and use it as a blank for manufacturing ?
