RV Camping at Rapid City Blackhills KOA Holiday in Rapid City, South Dakota
Hey folks, this is the second video of several where we take our Retro 189R travel trailer on our vacation to the Badlands (South Dakota), Yellowstone National Park (Montana) and Grand Teton National Park (Wyoming). This journey took us on a 4,300 mile adventure from I-55 in Louisiana all the way up to I-90 in Montana then back. As we travel through 13 states we stopped along the way to enjoy state parks and a few National Monuments (Mount Rushmore, Devil’s Tower) as well as local sights starting with the Gateway Arch National Park in St. Louis, Missouri.
After our stop in Onawa Iowa at On-Ur-Wa Rv Park. We were on the road again heading towards South Dakota to the very nice Rapid City Blackhills KOA Holiday. Were very surprised at the beautiful scenery South Dakoto has to offer.

It looks like a great campground and y’all had a nice site. We’ve been to South Dakota but didn’t get to spend as much time there as we would’ve liked. You guys were fortunate to make so many wonderful memories with family. There’s nothing better!

When is the next trip/video Getting ready to head to Blackwater river state park myself June 7 , Pine Mountain Aug Talona Ridge Ellijay for Halloween and back to Pine Mountain Christmas break I'll side trip to Hike to Bald Rock cheaha State Park when its much cooler

Hey Shaun. We have a few trips planned for the year, we plan to book a few more a little further north, maybe North Mississippi or Alabama. Some place the leaves change colors a bit. We've been in the Ellijay area a few times. The last time we were there we stopped in we grabbed a case of Apple Butter at R & A Orchards.
