My husband and I bought a camper last May. It's a 1988 Citation. I was searching for videos for advice about cooking in my ridiculously tiny kitchen and I found you! I've watched all 3 in this series and I love your style! Pretty please make more!? We are camping for a week in April. Here in Maine thats a little ambitious. I've been doing most of my cooking outdoors but it may be a bit chilly still

@@LiveNLearnRV When I cook at camp I try to dirty as few dishes as possible. Who likes doing dishes while your trying to relax, right?! I love the idea of using a crockpot. I also love using my electric skillet because I can take it outside and it's a breeze to clean. I've really only used it for breakfast so any ideas you have would be great! We tend to cook on the grill or over the fire alot. But our trip in April may be chilly which may keep my cooking indoors. I would love some ideas for the massive amounts of chicken in my freezer! But we really like it all. We are empty nesters btw.

I have made that breakfast casserole for years but never thought to do it in the crock pot. Also think we will try the jailhouse rice but use frozen riced cauliflower instead of rice.

I'm really enjoying these cooking videos! When we camped with the kids, I used my crockpot all the time. Ever since I found the instant pot I've stopped using my crockpot. You've made me want to dig it up again and try some of these recipes. We put a down payment on a Casita, so I need to brush up on my RV cooking. Thanks for sharing and new subbie here.

Great video guys. This video came to us recommended from KZbin. We make RV videos also... and mostly cooking videos. "JailHouse Rice" is kind of a knock off on what the inmates make... Just throw a bunch of stuff together. Looked very good though. Great video again. Cheers from California
