Jesse, my husband smokes cheese on our smoker, place a block of cheese in a foil tub and stick in the smoker, once it starts to melt pull off and stick in the fridge for 10 minutes or so, pull it out and repeat the process depending on how much smoke you want on your cheese.

I’d love to see what else you cook since you seem to eat healthy. How do you use your smoker? I don’t own one, but now thinking about it. I like the fact you eat healthy bc I’ve searched other KZbin videos and open a can of chilly and put of a lot of cheese or they make nachos for dinner. That’s not ideal for me. How do you plan 5-7 days of cooking? I like to watch you guys cook.
@AdventureEndeavor2 жыл бұрын
We typically eat low carb. So meet and vegetables, we typically will smoke some sort of meat on the smoker and then potentially do a casserole or smoked veggies as well.

@@AdventureEndeavor I’d still would love to see a new playlist on your channel for RV cooking bc I can’t find other videos that are healthy RV cooking. If there isnt solar in an rv how does using outlets/ charging laptops/phones work?
@AdventureEndeavor3 жыл бұрын
In an RV there are 2 systems 12volt(batteries) or 110v generator, shore power or an inverter. Most RVs come with a few 12v plugs to charge small electronics ect. You can buy a generator, when running all your outlets will work. We installed solar to charge our batteries, and an inverter to make the power from 12v to 110. So it's wired in and all outlets outlets work. Hopefully this helps.

question don't most motor homes have a fan to keep smoke & air circulating?
@AdventureEndeavor3 жыл бұрын
Yes almost all of them do, 50% actually vent outside. Most of the time the fans are too small as well, they just can't keep up and a trailer is a small space.
