My sister worked at Ben & Jerry's when they first started out in downtown Burlington. She would come home and talk about some of the crazy concoctions that they would try in developing their flavors. She was a little bit "hippy" like Ben & Jerry so she had a good time there!

Acadia and Bar Harbor are tremendous. Everyone in our crew want to go back. rained 4 out of 5 days but temporal clearing made it worth the effort. Amazing lighthouses abound. Our view on Cadillac was breathtaking and clear. Never had an issue with any campground or Park Staff.

We were just there and changed our tickets due to weather, so glad we did the views are incredible! What you were looking at was sea and some of the islands. I would tell anyone that visits is to use the free bus system. When we were there we were unable to see many of the areas because there was absolutely no parking. The buses are free - use them!

The buses were great and it’s always nice to have a break from driving. Thanks for watching and glad you got to enjoy and see Acadia!

I grew up spending my summers on the coastline of southern ME. The coastline is rugged and beautiful. My mouth is watering for fresh ME lobsters directly harvested from the sea that Charity and Ben were enjoying. Bar Harbor is a favorite place. Thank you for sharing. Happy travels.

Just came back from Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire last month! What a beautiful area. Stayed a week in each state and hiked and visited all we could! We also stayed at Harley’s Point but wasn’t too impressed with the cost of miniature golf! CRays was awesome for lobster!

Cadillac mountain at sunrise… amazing! There wasn’t timed entries when we went 😢. Stayed at Hadley Point also, didn’t have full hookups - hated those quarter showers. Was hoping they got rid of them by now! We’re due another trip up!

Brings back memories of our trip there. Stayed in Bar Harbor and the campground looks familiar and I wasn’t impressed but it was clean and local. Don’t remember there being other choices. We were there in the 90’s and no timed entry thank goodness. We had a beautiful clear day but the drive up was scary. Went from Maine to Coopers Town.

I thought, Now that's a smart RVer, and thought of your videos. (Cape Cod, Mass.) We have so much respect for the Park Service, they do such a fantastic job. I just don’t know what they’re smoking with the whole “see Thunder Hole at high tide” advice. We tried about 10 times and found it better around low tide. The cave was usually underwater at high tide and made no noise at all. Again, the Park Service is fantastic! Not sure about this advice, though.
