Randi, I'm so excited for you. Welcome to the world of Solar and Lithium Batteries!!! We have had solar for about 4 years now and it is so nice when we are out boondocking or when we take hot trips. It is nice to pull over and kick on the AC to take a nap when we are driving across the desert. You will not know how you roughed it before... We just purchased a new 5th wheel and it doesn't have quite the amount of solar we wanted to have on it so I am going to add more at some point, just got to get ahead on bills first. On another note, if I met Sandi somewhere else other than on your channel I would not have thought her to be the solar guru that she seems to be. She just didn't strike me as a solar person. LOL... I should know better than to judge a book by it's cover but kudos to her!!! I would certainly hire her to work on my rig. I hope to hear more about how much you like the watchdog and this solar installation. All the best, Pat

Big congrats on your new fifth wheel, Pat! I wonder if I'd get lost in it! 🤣 I’m super excited about my new lithium batteries and today I just started a 10 day camping adventure with NO HOOKUPS! The fun part of this challenge for me will to get to know and learn my new batteries capabilities. Fingers crossed they last all 10 days because my campsite has so much tree coverage there will be little chance of my solar panels recharging them! 🙏

I would guess $7000 in parts and $2000 labor minimum. $10,000 is in the ball park I bet. 😢 Very nice but I’ll just have to rough it when boon-docking.
