Wow those loaded baked potatoes looked amazing. I haven't tried that facon yet, haven't seen it up here in Canada yet :( That griddle looks so handy...so many options to cook on it. We normally bring a full sized BBQ with us camping but do love the griddle idea. Love the 'leave no trace'. Can't wait to see your next camping adventure. We are going camping next weekend.
