RV Slide Out Repair

This slide out broke. Is it possible to repair? There was not much space to work so I had to come up with a way to repair it in place. The other option was to remove the entire slide out. Not an option. I believe there was two bushings that were not installed in the factory. I placed a three quarter inch aluminum spacer to strengthen up this T nut.
