We love our snap pads! We did have one pop off when driving on a dirt/gravel road, it got scrapped off when going over a hump but we picked it up, dusted it off and put it right back on! No damage to the pad! Any RV we own will always have these. Safe travels!

RV SnapPads were one of the first upgrades we did based on your recommendation a couple of years ago and they have been great. We did lose one pad on one of our trips but the company replaced it for free after we submitted a couple of pictures. Truly love them.

Did you just reach out to them? This happened to me last month..

My concern is now they would hang down lower. I have scraped mine just coming out of the driveway before. I don't know how thick the pad is between the foot and bottom of pad but seems they would drag more.

Just sold me on these before our 2 week trip with our very first fifth wheel trailer. Outside of surge protector and some rv safe cleaning materials, this is the next thing I'm grabbing :) thanks for the review!

Just ordered a set using your code for my DP. I was using Hush Pads, made of the same material as snap pads. Twice, I have driven off and left the pads, having to go back for them. I did it again two days ago, and decided I was not driving 2 1/2 hours there and back to get them. Placed my order this morning and hopefully, never worry about it again!

Izzy and MJ, you always talk about the snap pads on your RV's! I am still thinking, your RV is still using these snap pads on your rig!

Permanent? I had one fall off, whereabouts unknown. Wonder if they'd give a free replacement?

Love your videos. Unfortunately bad experience with snap pads customer service and cannot recommend them.

I’m glad so many people love the product. I’ll be honest - they seem like a kinda-heavy kinda-expensive “solution” to something that isn’t a huge problem. For a few hundred bucks I can semi-permanently install something that adds weight to my rig and gives me a wider pad of a couple inches and height of a couple inches. I see the convenience, but overall I’m not sure the cost benefit is there. Does the liquid-spring system have a leveling feature? For 20k seems like that would be a good feature.

LS will self level. It’s not a “leveling feature” but we have used it to level our coach

Hi Guys have a tip for you and maybe can pass on to your other subscribers. I have had my Snap Pads on for almost a year now and noticing that the jack feet are rusted due to water sitting on top. So my leveling jack have 8 hole in each jack pad. So I sanded the rust area and repainted the foot. And I drilled those 8 existing hole through the snap pads to allow water to drain. Now no more rusty pads. Plus I always use at least 1 Lego block under each Snap Pad so rocks and debris doesn’t get stuck in the snap pads and scrap them up. Hope this helps. Thanks

Electrical isolation was the most important reason we got ours. Hate that we bought ours one week before you guys became Snap Pad partners (March timeline). That was an eyeroll timing for me, but I got my vet discount, so all good.

C'mon izzy, we all know that the hoody looks as good as it does is because MJ is wearing it! And are the snappads better than my 4" thick 10"x10" oak blocks that I been using since the 70s?

We tried to order snap pads for our King Aire when we bought it but they didn't have ones for the rear jacks. They have bigger diameter than the front ones. I'll have to check again. I remember seeing an interview with the invertor when they first came out. He said they'll never be made outside the US because companies in China steal your technology and make knock offs to sell. They can be removed and reattached because I knew someone who did it.

I have one on my electric hitch jack and works great with my Anderson hitch block. Do they have a version that would work with my manual stabilizer jacks?

Complete waste of money. These not only trap water contributing to premature rusting of the pads, but they only add about 10% to the surface area so they don't really do that much.
@EndlessRVing Жыл бұрын
Take you don’t have them lol

@@EndlessRVing I've never needed them, the BigFoot pads are plenty big, even on grass fields that I camp on all the time. All I hear about is people loosing them because they cause lower ground clearance. If the manufacturers thought they were necessary, they would have included them.
