This could boost the hydrogen fuel cell industry. Convert natural gas which they say is an endless supply into hydrogen. Much cleaner. My mother drove a diesel school bus for years and ended up dying of cancer from what I believe were the constant diesel fumes. I have no problem getting rid of diesel. There is an alternative now…open your eyes.

CARB were the ones that wrote the regulations so presumably they would be the ones that can allow exemptions.

This is more government over reach by the one party rule in California. Any committee that is hand picked and not elected by the people should NOT have this kind of power. At minimum it should go to the legislature for final approval and signed by our criminal of a Governor Gavin Grusome. Nobody here in California supports this, at least that I have spoken to. I really appreciate your last tip about knowing your rv. I have helped several people just knowing how to get around your first trip in an rv. The last couple I helped had just purchased their second trailer this year from the same dealer and didn’t get a walk around to know that they could shut off their shower head while taking a shower to save water. Yup. The election had a lot to do with it, especially with so much of California being red now. Us Cali folks have had enough of the communist regime (democratic leadership) telling us how to live. The government is supposed to work for us, not take away our freedoms in the name of government knowing what's best for us.

Currently CARB will be requiring RVs to be smogged 4 times a year starting in 2025. This will align with the all the semi’s that have come to this state to be smogged 4 times per year. For a RV that’s $125 per inspection or $500 per year plus your time. This applies to any RV or semi truck coming into California. They wouldn’t give me my tags until I paid the $30 CARB FEE and submit my passed smog test. The list of smog test station which is on there web site is not correct. They give names and numbers of mechanics who are certified to do smog test , not the name and number of the business that will conduct the smog test. When i called RV center to smog my pre 2013 Rv they said this they don’t do smog checks on anything prior to 2013. I did find a diesel shop that would do my test in my area but service from RV dealers were not available . My Rv has the same 5.9 Cummings as my truck which I do not have to get smogged. Sounds like the state of California doesn’t want anyone owning RV.

Good video! Btw, I have 2 carry guns, an Sig 365, and a Glock 19, both carried inside the waistband just behind the right hip. The Sig is for edc, any problems will probably be up close and my goal is to break contact not engage at a distance, and the Glock is for Church security where I may have to engage at a distance and actually stop someone. I’m most proficient with the Glock. Modified? Sorta. The Sig has a Hogue grip to better fit my hand and the Glock has an extended slide stop lever and slide stop. Both just make it easier to manipulate. What do you think?

We set a limit on miles traveled each day-300. Stopped overnight, had supper, made food ahead of time and froze it for road trips. It defrosted while driving.

A tip about steer tires. If you ever have a steer tire start to wear unevenly, find out what caused it and remedy the situation. If they start to cup, you may as well plan on buying new tires. The cupping only gets worse.The steering wheel should always be free of vibration and unusual back and forth movement. I drive with Michelin steer tires only!!! Used other brands and they don't wear worth a darn. After all, steer tires are the most important ones on the vehicle!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!

I'm reading that you have to register it with bluetti to get the 5 year warranty if you buy it anywhere other than bluetti's website. Otherwise it's only 2 years. And apparently it has to be in the original box for them to accept the claim. Debating buying this but I keep hearing horror stories about their customer service.

I was a mechanic at Silgan Containers for quite awhile, and good. Surprising how much different it is knowing my trailer. I know, sounds foolish but I had to teach myself a lot. Ugh.

We also have a Fleetwood Discovery and love it! Ours is a 2022 36Q which is the one with the island kitchen. Some say there are only two class A manufacturers (referring to Tiffin and Newmar), but I believe there are three. We've put over 24k miles on our horrible roads across the USA, and still no problems. We love our Discovery! We have worked with the OEM many times and they have been great.

I am so P O ed at CA that I am actively looking to get out of here and it breaks my heart. But enough is enough.

There's 3 state parks under an hour from Lynchburg. Water/ electric only, I think $40 a day. Smith mtn lake will have great cell signal. I like James river, but little to no cell signal and might have trouble with satellite because of trees.

KOAs are always expensive. I’ve never stayed at a KOA since there always cheaper campgrounds around.
