Just a tip. You never showed a full view of the interior. You should pan around b4 you do the walk thru. And it looked like the bathroom door didn't fully open with the bed in place.

I won’t bore you but our 2022 Phoenix Cruiser is in the shop with with a long list of problems. The Garmin works well when it is on. Often shuts off after 10 to 15 minutes and then must be reprogrammed. Ours is a 2552 version.

Correction. That has a 7.3 gas V8 not a 5.7.

I was excited right up to the point you showed Garmin. I currently drive a semi for a living. I own a Garmin. Single worst investment for my business. If you disagree with me, use it to drive around Atlanta GA. My Garmin with the latest updates was just as lost as I was downtown Atlanta.

Very professional and detail video. But on the motor, the latest and greatest replacement for the tried and true V10 is the new 7.3 liter gas Godzilla with gobs of HP and torque. Are you sure this is a 5.7 liter? Always loved the Phoenix Cruisers, when I finally downsize I'll come look you guys up. Question- since you hand build these, any possibilities of ordering a stand-alone theater sofa like this unit has? To be shipped or picked up? If not, can you share the manufacture?

I have got a 2011 Phoenix Cruiser 2350. It has a beautiful design outside and inside. Well done too. But what I dont like, is the material used innside. Like ultra leather on the chairs and panels on cabinets. It did peal off on chairs and. If you use sticky tape or something like this, it will peal off. And the same with plastic covered MDF cabinetry. Should never been used in kitchen and bath, because MDF is not waterproof and dont safe for moisture. The same with drewers. They used stabels on these too, and was falling apart one of them. I had to rebuild with solid wood and screws, to get it better. Very sad this has happen with sutch a nice RV. Hope Phoenix Cruiser do better choice today with a better quality control. Greeting from Norway

Coach House doesn’t use graphics - they do full paint on theirs. And yes, that makes a huge difference.

@@marshallpoe8087 honestly I live in Florida about a 100 miles from where Coach Houses are built. I looked them over and their floor plans and options. But I still like PCs better, even tho they're built in Indiana, and may have to go back there if I owned a PC. I've also looked at BTCs which are the cheaper of these class B+. PCs are flexible with their builds, customers can have input on major options and upgrades. Im actually going to take a week off and schedule a tour for Phoenix Cruiser. I'm seriously thinking about commissioning a build with them.

I am always suspicious of any RV sales person who calls this chasis a B+. There is simply no such thing as B+ chasis. A Class B is based on slide door van, which cannot support a conventional slide room as on a TT or 5thW. A Class C is a body on frame chasis, like the Coachman Class C made in Florida. This has slides rooms on either side of the chassis. Also, you are absolutely dead wrong about the engine. The Godzilla V8 is 7.3 liter engine. This engine is only a year or two old. Many gas driven lighter Class A motorhomes use the 7.3 now that it has replaced the old Ford V10 engine. You don't know what you are talking about. I don't have the time to correct all of you mistakes and errors. Caviat emptor.

Garmin's is outdated. Ford badge is cheap and boring. 7.2 liter engine would prolly average about 7 to 10 miles a gallon. V low profile won't bot suitable for boondoking. Both choice for diesel and dozens more crap this coach or company can't do.
