Girl my guy and I have been living in our RV full time for 5 years. 2 cats too they love it. Yea we've had ups and downs but it's made us closer than ever. I'd rather RV and travel than be stuck. We have a 25 ft 2003 Flagstaff and it's old but it's home.💕

We named our first RV the Mallard Inn. It was a Mallard we pulled it all over. Now we have the Longfellow Inn named after our blind cat that thinks we bought the new RV for him. He loves RVing and yes he is blind, but he loves to travel.

Great video. I have the Jayco Terrain 19Y Sprinter and I'm using the Hydroblu water filtration system from our tent days. I was stoked to find out Geyser shower systems created a hack for RV showers, so one can have a full 7 minute sponge shower on just 1 gallon of water. My tank is 21 gallons.

hi there. im fairly new and just wanted to say hi , love your camper and kitties and going to love watching your adventures too. im country girl that for different reasons moved to the city which i hate but thats life and unfortunately due an accident im now wheelchair bound and no longer drive and im also unable to go camping and do the things i used to love doing . but i resently found great joy in watching your videos and also a couple of other people camping and living on the road videos etc , similar to yours . Resently i even brought a few light weight things like a camping stove etc which i can take on my wheelchair to places and have a bbq (i think you call it a cookout?) so basically i can do the things other people do when camping but unfortunately im not able to actually put a tent up, if i didnt live alone i probably could work it out but it would have to be in a place thats wheelchair friendly and id also need a way to charge my chair, but hey im not giving up, one day im going to go camping again and hopefully even move away from this horrid place but for now im super happy tagging along with you guys, it really does bring me peace. i need to win the lotto and id buy one of these fancy disability campers and live on the road with my dogs like you guys. anyway id like to say thankyou for sharing your lives its just amazin for me. take care and stay safe love from me in Australia x

Thanks Dennis! Great question. If we know we will be at an RV campground or resort for a week or so, we will time deliveries to arrive when we are there. It’s not perfect but has been working pretty well for us.

The cats are adorable. We travel with four cats in a 40' 5th wheel. Been considering downsizing, but, worry about litter boxes. We currently take minimum two boxes and sometimes three depending on how many people (adult children and partners) are going with us. Do you think you could comfortably fit two boxes under that table??? OR is there an alternative spot for a second box?

Do you like your TV up front? I feel like we would not use it too often, but would be nice to have it as an option. I saw a video where they put the TV in the back room on the wall in front of the driver side bed. I feel like you could see it better there? Are you able to view the TV from the back beds? Its a lovely van!! I think you also are 2 sort of laid back folk who are very well suited so will find the RV life much easier than some could. Your 2 cats are beautiful!! Really laid back to. I not sure some of mind would like the RV life lol. They are ex feral in the most part. They kinda dislike changes and hate cars. I would love to do the van life thing but we wouldn't all fit in one and well though the sheeps would love it they also WOULD get on the beds lol lol lol . Dan, there is not a duct, so the bathroom can get a little chilly when the door is shut on cold nights. It doesn’t bother us though.

You both seem to be doing well & cats! It's an adventure & not always easy. We began like you from Iowa in June, Lichtsinn RV and drove back to S. Ca. to live full-time in our View too. It's been challenging at times but mostly good & have learned so much & met so many people good & bad, had one dump my black tank when it was another camper who had a black tank accident. Had neighbors loud until 3 am with music & laughing but a generator early morning was a great balancer if you know what I mean. Their tents were encroached on our spot so wakey wakey! We have had pot, cigars, cigarettes blowing our way in hot summer nights, yuck, ant invasions, squirrels chew up our wiring harness. Engine fail, towed away, falls with failing steps, and someone took a 3 inch rusty nail to our paint down one side and then dropped the nail into our engine hood for whatever reason! Met some really wonderful folks too! Hang in there! The best thing is a different view wherever you roam or not just drop the shades & be cozy!🥰🐾🇺🇲

Question: I assume you ordered the Ekko with the generator option and added a second Li Battery. Did you have to add the second alternator or was it already installed. I may be ordering an Ekko and want both batteries and the generator along with the second alternator. If I order it with the generator, does it come with a second alternator. I

Thanks Hal, yes, we ordered the generator plus one battery option and had our dealer install the second battery. The Ekko comes with the second alternator with the single battery option. We recommend that you call your dealer to confirm however. Thanks for watching!

I'm just curious about the double beds rather than having a full size bed I mean it makes it easier to get in and out of there but was that an option or did you do that we've always had a camper with one bed that my husband and I slept in rather than having twins.

RVs are allways evolving ,But in this day and age Winnebago failed here imho.Invertors or any electronics for that matter Should allways be installed inside the unit. Same as the water pump.Makes no sense to me they did that.And then the nerve to ask for thousands to fix their design flaw.Typical for the RVindustry today.......
