We camped in that same area in the spring and bluebirds tried to make a nest in the trailer pin box. We went to Williams and got parts and built 2 natural wooden bird houses and hung from trees near campsite and they immediately moved in and built there.

The bird is seeing its reflection in the mirror and in the window. To the bird that reflection is a friend to hang out with. Solution, cover the mirrors and the window. The bird will no longer see its friend so it will leave

I have to place plastic grocery bags over my mirrors in my own driveway. I live in Ohio and the Cardinals are very territorial and constantly try to fight themselves in the mirror (and poop on my doors)

Love you guys and I want to thank both of you for picking garbage from the rest of this idiots that dump their stuff in our great land, I boondock a lot on the west side of AZ and last year I filled two bags of trash that people leave in the fire pit we found beer cans and bottles and a dirty diaper amazing the number of idiots out there that do not care. The bird is looking at its self in the window and mirror. They do this in our backyard with an outdoor mirror. A piece of paper over the mirror might have caused it to leave.

Great video thanks so much for letting me watch. Such a beautiful place with all the trees. Hoping to be headed out west someday soon. I want to put in my solar system before I leave. I will be putting in myself a 48v solar system. I have found these Lithium batteries that are made in the USA. They come with a 10 year manufacture warranty . So if I have problem want have to send them back to China. Each battery is 48V 100 ah this will give me 5KWH of power per battery. I'm going to put 3 batteries in which is a total of 15KWH of power. This will be around 15 12v 100ah lithium batteries. I know that you two have had your system in for sometime . Do you think this would give me the power I would need as far as battery storage ? The rest of the system get into to much detail to talk about here. I just want to be able to be off gird and be able to run almost anything I need. Our Class A has propane so we could heat and cook with the propane. Its also have a Aqua-Hot diesel/electric heat and hot water system. We also have a 8KW Cummings generator. Thinking of putting on like around 2kw of solar panels. Please let me know if you think this would do with the motorhome setup that I have if you would not mind. If it get hot in the summer I will run air to keep cool . I have two 1500 watt air units on the roof as well. Thanks for any information you can help me with . Another great video! That slide has motors that use HALL sensors with the control module to keep them synced up. When putting the slide in or out, when it's done, ALWWAYS hold the switch for another 5 seconds. You will hear one of the motors kick in for another split second and this keeps them synced up :-)

Wow! $6 for that sub!! That was a great day & we would have had three meals out of it. When we stayed there in 2022 we didn't get asked what time we were leaving- that's weird. The birds, the birds the birds- that was hilarious!! 😂 looked like a nice hike!!

Most days I wake up in the state of confusion. We have bluebirds that do the mirror dance with our truck mostly during the spring. I will stand at the window and wait until they land on the mirror then hit the panic button on my key fob. Sometime I actually have to use the remote start and get the engine making noise to scare them away. When that doesn't work we will put Walmart plastic bags over the mirrors and tie them fast. That seems to work best. Stay safe and healthy.

On the Schwintek slides when they get out of sync you have to bring it in then hold for 2-4 seconds until it amps out. Then go out 6 inches and back in and repeat and hold button for 2-4 seconds. Do this several times and this will get them timed correctly. To minimize this try to always take these style slides all the way out and then all the way back in. Any real questions look to KZbin on Schwintek slides and there is plenty of information. Hope this helps!

We stayed at GC Railway park in September. Really nice for what it is - and we walked to Safeway and around the shops too. I asked about the notifications - apparently this is a recent change and they are working through the system options. I would have thought rhey had a better handle on it by now but i felt like you did. Communication is great but even if you tell them what time, the system still sends messages. Nice episode. Get some CRC Crc 03044 Dry Ptfe Lubricant. Spray the track close to the motors and the roller track on both sides. We had the same issue with a Schwintek slide and instantly fixed it. There are many videos on lubricating the slide and many RV repair places use the lube. It will save you time and money.

I saw someone's video (do not know who to give credit) and they have a peg board up on a wall and put the campground flyer on it and any information that is important for the time they are there. This helps with the disorientation and keeps from the information being misplaced/lost.

Put an aluminum pie dish out to keep the birds away with the sound and movement. I carry a few with us. Keep your slide out lubed. We watch RV Works and that is his recommendation. We have a swind tech too and sometimes have to do your routine you did.

LOL. I get disoriented traveling between my three 'home' states, TX, AZ, and AR. Especially when flying. We'll go shopping, and I'm like, "Ooh, that's a great price, I should get that.", then remember, I'm in AZ...flew from DFW, and still have to drive to AR from TX. I'm constantly having to remind myself of where I am, and if something will fit in my luggage (if flying), or the car (when driving). The RV hasn't left AR, other than one trip to TX, since driving it there from AZ. So, yeah....I totally get it. Sleeping in hotels, is even weirder...trying to remember where you are, and which hotel. "Am I in Vegas, Maricopa, Havasu?". I like to play a little game of 'remembering' before I open my eyes.

Looks like an old stock tank for livestock there wasn't a windmill base close by, don't know what kind of bird but I bet it's got something to do with his reflection thanking it's another bird.Yall be safe

We had birds that was doing the samething to our truck. I was told to put plastic bags over the mirrors. That worked!! I guess the birds see their reflections in the mirrors and think it is another bird. Give that a try
