Yes LCY accepts executive jets but only to about Falcon 7 size due to the short runway.

For those who have not visited London City Airport I suggust you use the DLR to Royal Albert station. From there a 50 yard walk and your on the edge of the Albert dock with a clear view of the runway. It's free as well.
