The legroom and lack of complimentary snacks and drinks compares poorly to BA CityFlyer on this route, but of course it's very useful for connections in FRA.

How was the customer service? Did you check in a bag? Were they strict with the checked baggage? What was the weight?

I took hand luggage only, it was the first flight of a trip to Vancouver. Customer service wasn’t that memorable, so not outstanding but not terrible either
