First thing I would rip out is a Dinette. I would put in two recliners, or a work desk and a recliner if alone.

Have a small, 25’ TT. First thing I did was rip out that useless (and comfortable) dinette. Got a couple of midsize recliner/swivel chairs and built a small drop down table for that side of the camper. So much more space. And we actually sit in these chairs.

Mike you look like you’ve lost a little bit away, buddy. Looking good my friend. Not crazy about the very first camper, but I really truly like the second and third especially the Nobo it’s got more of. I guess what I really need. Which is basic. Honestly if you’re going camping, why would you wanna hang out inside all day long. Susan always good to see you. Lol. Y’all take care and have a very happy new year.

I couldn’t bear to make up my bed every night. But hey, I’m older now. Sometimes need a nap midday if I didn’t sleep 💤 😅 No dinette does not bother me, as they have awesome no slip trays now and we use them at home every night.

I like the catalina. Remove the sofa and replace with a desk area. Fix the silly bed issue by removing the headboard cabinet.. install two wing walls to seperate bed area.

Thanks Susan and Mike, great video. The first one is kind of tight, maybe a couples short tripper. The second doesn't appeal to me personally as it's a Thor problem. The third is interesting, (1 and 3 are Berkshire H) but new it's a bit pricy. Maybe used, with an inspection, it could be more reasonable. Also also, Mike, you neglected to measure the bed on the third. Have a great New Year. Stay safe and healthy.

I wonder if you can get a NO-BO with a propane refrigerator and no TV. I go out in the sticks to get away from house features. They made the bed for a tall person but the shower is for a smaller person.

I doubt they make them with the propane fridge anymore but you could replace the fridge on your own. Not easy but it can be done. Thanks for watching and Happy New Year! Mike

I like both the Jayco and the Forest River. I would remove the bunks in the Jayco and put a litter robot in that area. That Jayco is the only small trailer I've seen that would work for traveling with cats and I like the layout on it. It looks roomy. I like the bar stools and table in there. I didn't notice, but does that table fold down? That would be a nice added feature as well to give a little more living space. I don't have a need for a dinette. So I like that they are starting to have more floor plans without them. What would tow that Jayco?
@RVBlogger
@RVBlogger 2 сағат бұрын
Glad you like the Jayco so much. They do a great job on their floor plans. The table is on a hinge and folds up but not down because there are some open storage cabinets underneath. I would say any vehicle that has a 6000 to 7000 lb max tow capacity could tow it safely. Thanks for watching and Happy New Year! Mike

Love them in the order you presented them, how ever with a 5000 pound tow limit, I would only consider the first. However, a double would never do, so none of these for me.

The 2nd camper is useless. Why would anyone make a camper that sleeps four, but put in that tiny, useless sink? Has anyone tried to make a meal for four? OMG, cleaning up after that would be a nightmare in that sink. Love the sink on the 3rd camper, though! Now THAT'S a kitchen! And these "no dinette" models, I guess these are only for people who don't use laptops?
