Mike and Jennifer you have definitely added value to the property. Being off the county road is a big advantage, you don't have to pay the road maintenance fee as you would on some of their other lots which are on private roads. The town of Linden is beautiful and I especially loved the many plaques in the sidewalks describing the different species of oaks in the area. We booked a room in the Commodore hotel during our last visit, very nice establishment and owners. We visited the boat launch right there in Linden and saw two bald eagles feasting on a fish on a small sand bar. This unrestricted land is both good and bad. You could have a neighbor purchase a larger acreage and decide to put in a small campground which could take away from some of the quiet and peacefulness of the area. My only issue is they chose Dec 10th to have their last one day sale of this area which coincides with the one day sale of the Arizona land. To top that, another company doing a similar thing in the N. GA Mtns is also having a one day sale and guess the date, yep Dec 10. Makes you wish you were Michael Keaton in Multiplicity where you could visit all of them. Beautiful country. Hopefully you are enjoying it. FWIW you might check the county website for an overhead view of your property, owner, house etc. I’m in SE Ohio and our county auditor has the site with all of that. So handy to confirm lot lines, neighbors, sizes, etc. Thanks for your videos. Lets others Dream thru your eyes.

Thanks for the updates. I wish we could go down and check out either of the properties. I was hoping there would be an actual map somewhere, but it was so close to the sale, they never got back to me. Have you changed your home address to Tennessee now or will you? Is it more advantageous to do so? This seems like a great location. You're pretty much in the middle of the country so can anywhere fairly quickly.

Mike and Jen, how are you both holding up into living the dream you are sharing with us? As we get older in place and find that our actual movements grow slow and sometimes with aid! How do you fill that older couples in their 70's and 80's could manage and enjoy our senior years!

The wife and I purchased RV land in Ohio this year and we're ready to pursue land purchase with this same developer in Linden TN. Not sure we can make it down to view the properties before they sell out. 😞

These RVs need to slow down! speed is a major factor in mishaps, and if you bought a larger vehicle take a driving course it is worth it, these vehicles are not your car, turning is much harder and stopping distance is more, be safe

No, we do NOT get a kickback. This is a big trend these days, especially with campgrounds three times busier than they were before the pandemic.

I so much preferred your adventuresome travels. Especially the traveling and camping in the UP. I don't consider it boondocking anymore on developed property with electricity and water and septic. Land with an asphalt square has no interest for me. After it is built up with a bunch of neighbors the quiet and one car a night won't be there. Haha - 32 foot RV - camping? Naaaa. I am happy for you, but please don't call it boondocking!

As Mike and Jen's next door neighbor (literally), we were thinking the same thing when we watched their video a year about about the "no road noise, no noise, etc". We chuckled thinking to ourselves "Yeah? Peace and Quiet? HaHa Just wait until we move in!"

They are trying to sell this lot or sold it already. They bought other land which is much nicer but a money pit apparently. There's no view at this location, just trees. This lot would not appeal to me at all. I really like their other property.

I have a female American Akita that is registered AKC 2 year old. I follow you and I see how well-tempered Beau is. I believe that they will make a nice couple. Please let me know if you would like to embark on this adventure?
