Very informative, honest & Applicable methods for the last two categories. But the truth is the company,50-100Cr or under 100 crore doesn't give a joining letter, offer letter & letter of intent, in spite of asking again and again by employees. This creates a trust deficit. Of course 100 Cr is a big value. How a poor employee fights for his/her salary,offer letter & work ex. These only so-called daddy's gifted companies show no mercy and eat workmanship wages of poor employees. Yet the employee becomes again unemployed. I call this scam with youth in the name of employment. The most important one is "bitch about employees" so that he can't find a job. This is how they ruined the career of a mechanical design Engineer. Thanks
