@mushashi6582 This is the question I asked a company Hr . He told that their company don't focus on experience but focussed on skills . However when they rejected me they told that they require 7 years experience in their domain.

Dont go directly for CFA. First learn some short term courses

It take alot of effort like CA, you need to learn basic term's of finance very well and should be on your finger tips other wise you will be very confused in CFA. It takes alot of effort and determination like UPSC. It's very costly as well per exam your going to give per attempt.
