He literally explained it this video mate 9 represents a letter Arabic has that English doesn't. It looks like the Arabic letter for a hard SS sound, so they use it where they want that sound in their name. "Rw9" is actually just spelled "RwSS" in Arabic basically and you just fill in the vowels when you pronounce it. They do this with a lot of other letters as well. A 5 is like a "KH" sound, a 7 is like a hard "Hhh" sound, etc So A7MD actually just means "AHMD" or "Ahmad" Just like how "JSTN" is short for "Justin"
