Uganda will always be a better country than Rwanda. I wonder why this question keeps coming up. The comparison itself is very unfair to Rwanda. You want to compare Rwanda, Burundi is there. Kigali is only clean and that is it. We all agree. Nothing else. Uganda was once on the same footing with Malaysia and even better than Singapore in the 1960s ! So, you want to compare Uganda, allow to compare Uganda with Malaysia or Singapore and let us ask our selves as Ugandans, where did we go wrong ? Better than Singapore in 1960s? Do you realize how many years has it been and how Singapore has developed beyond recognition? Who told you that Rwanda is only clean? Let's start on obvious things. Rwanda has better national stadium. Rwanda has a world class indoor arena, BK Arena, something Uganda doesn't have. Rwanda has a building that's ranked top 5 in Africa [Kigali Convention Center]. Rwanda has the largest Airlines [Rwandair] and is building the largest airport in East Africa. Rwanda has Vision City, Innovation City, the first of their kind in East Africa. Crime is low, corruption is low, cleanliness is more, order is more and even public transport system in Rwanda [huge electric buses where passengers use a smart card to pay] is better. Rwanda hosts BAL, Tour du Rwanda and is about to host Grand Prix. Also, Rwanda has become a global conference destination. Uganda is large and more populated so it has more GDP, but Rwanda's GDP per capita is higher. Think twice if you want to say Rwanda is all about cleanliness. Even in the video, did you see the images of Kigali and the ones of Kampala? You can't compare them. Kampala is bigger because it's more populated, but Kigali is more smart and organized. Kigali also has a skyline that's more globally recognizable than that of Kampala.

Hutu and Tutsi are the same tribe, KINYARWANDA. Ethnic group means, people who share a similar culture beliefs, values, behaviors, language, religion, ancestry, or other characteristic often handed down from generation to generation. Tutsi men are cattle hoarders and Hutu are farmers working the land. It was a cast structure like in India, not Tribal.
