Intore means the chosen one ( the best). The dance symbolizes pride and the chant is a call for victory ( they are holding spears)

To add on Igihozo's explanation the stuff on their heads is meant to be a lions mane,originally it was a little shorter and stood up straighter making them appear taller and scarrier in combat.

It's a war dance after victory... The pause they had and uttering words are heroic talking about fighting experiences and praisings
