Seeing the end of vol 8 from Ruby's perspective in the first episode of vol 9 was great writing for the core of this volume as it deals with rubys rebirth

I can't believe it when people say that RWBY promotes suicide when Ruby drinks the tea with the leaves and then after hate on the show because Ruby didn't ascend but in reality the tea just gives you the choice to either change or to stay the same. Thats the same thing with the case of Shrodingers' cat cause till Ruby doesn't come out of her cocoon she is either half-way dead and half-way alive or neither of them, depends on how you view it. And then Ruby ascended in a way but not as a transformation but a growth. She literally stopped comparing herself to her mother and other huntress before her, cause thats what kept her for finally gaining some maturity and face her choices and consequences. Thats what i call a sick ass writting in my opinion .

(This was while the rest of the FNDM was waiting for Volume 9 and I hadn't even seen V4 yet cuz of how much V3 hit me like a freight train.) I may be reaching but regarding of the theory that Alyx is Juniper has gotten extremly clear for me. Cause when the Cat said that people who weren't from the EverAfter couldn't ascend, he lied cause Ruby did in the last 2 episode of this volume. And during the flashback where the Cat explains that he killed Alyx, she must've ascended cause only the Jabberwalker can instant kill. So i think that Alyx transformed herself into Juniper to help out Jaune cause she didn't have the time to fix all the she did to him in the past. And during the intro, when Alyx is laying down on the beach, you can see her with a badge that has a rabbit on it and Juniper clearly looks like a rabbit even if its a little different

When Jaune was telling RWBY what happened after he fell and he got to the part about Alyx and Lewis, didn't the visualized flashback show A&L as a blue and light blue streak when Jaune saw them falling? Will edit with time stamp reference and confirmation. Edit: 2:57:05 I was right!! He didn't directly say he saw A&L falling but he sees them falling at this moment of the flashback. ⚡💥 🩷 💥 ⚡

The fact Neo sits in her chair after "killing" Ruby makes it seem lik she doesn't know what to do now, because thats all that she was after. And the Cat says shes "lost something most important" means shes lost her path, not knowing what else to do, because her mission was to kill Ruby, but it didn't help, she doesn't feel comfortable or complete. The Cat also called her "Empty" because shes lost her path, the Cat was going after Ruby because she was going off her path, but now hes after Neo because she was off her path the moment Romen died, not knowing the next path, because Romen was always there, and she was lost without him. Also, if Neo's semblance improves in the Ever After, why didn't everyone else's?....its because Neo, for one, landed in the dark part, second, was because she felt betrayed and even the Stalker was afraid of her, sencing the danger and anger off of her, cowering and trying to run....Also Love your Videos❤

Also, Adam might actually be died. He's based on either the cursed rose or Gaston from beauty and the beast. But if he is based on the beast.... He might come back And I don't want this to happen, I've read that Oscar might fuse with Ozpin... Apparently he's based on Tip (a.k.a Princess Ozma) who takes over the land after the Wizard of Oz... (Oscar and Tip literally have the same backstory)

A terrible thing, to have a broken heart, and there was no one to send them back to the tree for repair. That applies to Salem, she has a broken heart. And the only way she can leave Remnant and go to the Tree is if the Brothers take her there. And any one with magic, so Oz, Salem, and all the maidens can create a portal.

U know that reach u did about Pyrrha coming back. I think that reach might come true since she is based on Achilles. (I've been looking at their fairytale allusions) Pyrrha is the name he used under disguise, died in a similar way, and Achilles tried to achieve immortality. But what makes me think she won't, is because Achilles failed to gain it by the fame he has as a hero, but earned immortality by being remembered. Which kinda has been happened since Vol3.

I miss this show so much, but i hate being a part of groups for this show because it's filled with haters that have nothing good to say. Ive been a fan since 2012 when the show started and ive grown so much with it and initially i wasn't a fan of the new vol 4 animation but it grew on me because i was invested in the story

You know whats crazy, probably everyone knows this, but I looked up everyones' age. When Ruby started at beacon she was 15, she's 17 since Vol 6. The rest of team RWBY and RRJR were 17, are 19 since Vol 6. And Oscar was 14, and he's 15 since Vol 7. So the family has been going through all of what happened since Vol 3 for 2 years. ALL OF THAT HAPPENED IN 2 YEARS!! Remember how Ruby enrolled at Beacon 2 years early, she is now that same age as the rest of team RWBY when they started at Beacon. And Oscar is now the same age as Ruby when she started at Beacon.
