And surprise surprise, Yang's not the thumbnail image! I feel like too many of my latest videos have had either her or Ruby as the thumbnail, so here's to everyone's favorite Ice Queen shaking things up a bit with some fire!

Your work on RWBY amvs is the best I've ever seen. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work and refuses to release a shoddy video. That being said, I think it'd be awesome to have a video that focuses more on the villains, just to switch it up a little. That's just my opinion though. But keep up the great work, so I keep getting excited every time I see that notification pop up!

Something I thoroughly noticed and enjoyed about your recent videos is the change to effects. As you have previously made good videos that only the blanket video filter such as a circle grid or a bubbles was visible over the video , this video in particular uses excellent modifications (aside from gamma and contrast) such as the flames that we're centered on the characters as they were being focused. brilliant keep up the good work

Thanks! And yeah, I managed to get a hold of some new effects and transitions, because I feel like I've never really been good at implementing those in my videos. I'd usually just put an overlay over it. Now, hopefully, I'll get better at using effects

Again, amazing AMV man! You never disappoint me and when I critique other AMVs, I refer them to check out your channel because your videos embody the true skills and techniques needed to edit a great AMV. Something that came to mind as I watched this; at 1:25 - 1:27 ("oh, the bond is deeper than skin") I feel like the scene where Ruby is holding Penny's scraped hands (showing the metal underneath) would have been PERFECT there.

Interesting song pick. AMV was a bit slow-paced, but you managed to control the flow of the AMV very well. Lyrics and scenes matched up very nicely, some showing a clear representation of the lyric's meaning. Keep on the good work.

phenomenal scene selection and transitions. tho ive gotta recommend using some of the s shake and just vidoe fx in general. give quad tone, s shake, glow orthicon and the edge rays. all awesome fx that will help alot, also, if u wanna see what quad tone can do, look at my fireborn preview ( the part where winters grimm turn red). when using the quad tone, use glow orthicons preset "blotched". youll understand once you test it

im sure youve seen a few tutorials already, but i found this one super useful ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/pnWTeoKAqrWlj80 ) and if your sick of having to constantly search or scroll for an fx, what i do is i grab my favorite or frequently used fx, i save a preset and call it zagon, then i search zagon in the fx menu. tho you probably already do something like that. well, thats about all the advise ive got. now, wicked told me you two wanna do a mep and asked me to join, have you decided on a song?
