Okay, I know I already responded to this video, but I am doing it again because this video deserves praise. I have rewatched this multiple times now. Watching it carefully, listening carefully and thinking critically. I am more amazed then I was the first time watching this. Taking a breather and just listening to this video completely changes it. You picked a very sad song lyrically, but the beat is triumphant in a way. The dialogue that you put over the music was perfect. Not just what you put, but the way you spaced it out and where you put each line and what lines you put. The lines themselves are some of the most heartbreaking and well-written lines in the show. You gave just enough that a person who hasn't seen the show could grasp the concept of each character, but you didn't go overboard. (I tend to go way overboard.) These lines would bleed over into a visual that wouldn't be of the character speaking it, but rather someone else in the show that could relate to a similar situation. (What is also extremely impressive is balancing music and dialogue! I never know if I want to sing the song or repeat the lines, but I can hear both clearly. Which is amazing.) It also doesn't seem like you did any big transitions or effects and I am so happy you didn't. The words and visuals speak for themselves and even though you used simple transitions and zoom outs I'm sure it took a long time. Last time I wrote that this video felt like a trailer, but now that I rewatch it feels more like a really good recap of previous volumes. Please keep up the amazing work! I'll be watching. :p

I'm just gonna rewatch this over and over again because this is my favorite AMV ever now. It feels like a trailer for the series finale or something, and is so beautifully emotional. The part where Salem hits the water is when the goosebumps start and they don't stop until the video ends. 100/10. Best video on the internet.

Now that I watch this AMV which you've beautifully made, I think it's clearly visible to everyone how RWBY seemed like a comedy action show at first but is actually a very deep story with dark back stories and emotional characters. This is definitely my favourite AMV because the music is a perfect song because the lyrics correspond with the clips and the you made it look so smooth in the transitions from one clip to another and it makes you relive the highs and lows of the entire show making you feel the happiness in all those memories with Pyrrha at the start and it recreates the feeling of loss that I felt when I watched her die and honestly I love this AMV so much and thanks for making it

I’m drowning in a lake of tears. I’ve only just finished Volume 3, and Pyrrha’s death really really broke me. Literally, I’ve never cried so much for a person in my life... and that’s something. And from the looks of this video, the future volumes are... more painful than I can currently imagine... On a happier note, the emotional tone of your video hit (and obliterated) it’s mark. Really, it was so... raw. The addition of the quotes really drove the emotional knife into my heart. Yeah...
